About Victoria

Finding what’s been lost in translation between customers and brands, companies and markets, users and technology.

I’m an American living in Britain by way of India.

Every day, I ask myself, “do I belong here?”

That’s a deeply personal question, but it shapes the work I do today.

I help companies in finance, technology, healthcare and manufacturing engage the minority user of their products and systems, not just the majority. That way, we tailor the message so the minority receives, understands it, buys it, and uses it.

As a systems thinker, I anticipate what companies need next to stay ahead of change.  The goal isn’t just to build solutions FOR people but to create them WITH those people.

Whether it’s discovering new audiences, integrating technology, bridging cultural differences, improving team buy-in, or crafting effective stories from data, I help companies thrive in a rapidly changing world.
